Why pay for room service, TV and minibars you never use? Citybox is a simple, modern, self service hotel with no hidden costs. Affordable rooms, always located in the city centre. We’ve worked with Citybox for a number of years. In 2019 we redesigned their visual identity, giving the brand a more playful and stylish twist. Modern, nordic design is an important element in all their hotels, and we wanted the branding to have a similar look and feel. We created distinctive, bold branding elements in addition to the logo, our goal was to make the brand recognizable by color palette and typography alone.

Citybox is a hotel that stands out in the crowd, so the website should do the same. The visuals draws inspiration from magazines, lifestyle and fashion brands - the guests should feel inspired and have the same impression from the website as they have when entering the hotel. Functionality comes first, with easy and accessible booking as the main ingredient. All info is easily accessible if you’d like to find out more about the different hotels, facilities, restaurant tips or maps of the nearby area.We’ve also created a digital concierge, with local tips for what to do, where to go and where to eat.
